BIO
The band started in the summer of 2019 with five guys who are really passionate about creating music and perform. Vincent and Karl had known each other since 2011 and had previously been in a band called Get the Virus for about five years but the other members were new to each other. They all soon discovered that they were a perfect match and that they were striving in the same direction. In just a few months they (mostly Daniel) had written several songs and in January they had their first gig together as part of the Livekarusellen contest. The performance was very well received and now they are stoked for an exciting spring with lots of music.
BAND MEMBERS
Vincent Bonde
Vocals
It had always been Vincents dream to sing in a band. The only problem was, according to himself, that he couldn't sing! Therefore he tried playing the bass, drums and the guitar but that wasn't quite right for him.
Then in 2013 he got the opportunity to sing in a punk band so he thought, maybe I can sing punk? The punk music evolved into metal and than he ended up in screaming/growling which has worked really well for him.
Karl Lindahl
Guitar
Karl quickly got interested in the guitar after having a friend in school who played the instrument. He thought that the guitar was really cool so he swiped his sisters guitar and started practising. After that he wanted to improve and chose Aesthete in school and he also started playing in a punk band. He felt more at home in the metal genre though and changed direction, getting more and more influenced by the thrash metal genre.
Sonny Ström
Guitar
Sonny is one of the two guitarists and the member with the best headbanging hair in the band! He picked up the guitar in secondary school and haven't let go of it since. In the beginning his influences were bands like Children of Bodom and Ensiferum and now, after have been playing for many years, he has finally found the niche in how he likes to play his riffs which is in the style of for example Pantera, Lamb of God and Gojira.
Daniel B Nagy
Bass, backing vocals
The bassist and main song writer in the band is Daniel. He has played all kinds of instruments starting with the drums in the seventh grade and then continuing with the guitar, ending up with the bass. He is almost too creative, producing songs in a pace that the band almost can not keep up with! Musical rolemodels are among others Amos Williams, Alex Webster, and Ryan Martine.
Richard Nordström
Drums
Richard is apart from being the clown in the band also the drummer, and that has been his main instrument since he started playing them at the age of 12. The first time he got in contact with the metal genre was in the lower elementary school and he was instantly hooked. Before becoming a member of Horns he was the singer in metal band Scrior for about six years. Inspirational drummers are Mike Portnoy and Alex Bent.
